In our existing Horndean and Hambledon class we have a fabulous group of ladies who are 50+ but the class is now open to any adult looking to get more active.
This class is ideal if:

You love music, movement, and a good vibe
You don't love the gym
You want to keep your body and brain active whilst having fun doing it
